Digestive duct, bile and pancreatic system pathologies are both diagnosed and treated. The facilities in our area include the highest technology endoscopies and accessories as well as a staff of professionals involved in satisfying the needs and expectations of patients. Among the studies performed, both on adults and children, the diagnostic endoscopy, the upper digestive video endoscopy, the video colonoscopy and the endoscopic retrogressive cholangiopancreatography, bile and pancreatic conducts and Vater\u2019s papilla pathologies diagnosis may be mentioned. Furthermore, therapeutic endoscopies are performed at our Service to treat bleeding injuries in the digestive duct and to place intragastric balloons to treat obesity. There are two rooms \u2013 one for recovery and one for endoscopies \u2013 fully equipped and adapted for Pediatric patients."],"description_de":["Der Bereich Endoskopie wurde als Reaktion auf die st\u00e4ndig steigende spezifische Nachfrage \u00a0gegr\u00fcndet. Diagnostiziert und behandelt werden Pathologien des Verdauungstrakts, des Gallensystems und des Pankreas (Bauchspeicheldr\u00fcse). Der Bereich verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber entsprechende Endoskope und\u00a0 hochtechnologisches Zubeh\u00f6r. Die Patienten werden von einem engagierten \u00c4rzteteam betreut, das bestrebt ist, den Erwartungen und Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Patienten nach M\u00f6glichkeit zu entsprechen. Zu den sowohl bei Erwachsenen als auch bei Kindern durchgef\u00fchrten Untersuchungen geh\u00f6ren: diagnostische Endoskopien, Videoendoskopien des oberen Verdauungstraktes, Videocoloskopie und\u00a0 endoskopisch- retrograde \u2013 Cholangio-Pankreatographie, eine Diagnostik bei Erkrankungen der Gallen- und Bauchspeicheldr\u00fcseng\u00e4nge und der Vater\u00b4schen Papille. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden auch therapeutische Spiegelungen vorgenommen wie die Behandlung von blutenden L\u00e4sionen des Verdauungstraktes und der Einsatz eines Magenballons (Behandlung bei Fettleibigkeit).
