Nuestro principal objetivo es garantizar una atenci\u00f3n de calidad, centrada en el paciente, ofreciendo un abordaje integral y personalizado a trav\u00e9s de un equipo de m\u00e9dicos especialistas altamente capacitados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contamos con un equipo de gastroenter\u00f3logos pedi\u00e1tricos, dedicados al diagn\u00f3stico, tratamiento y seguimiento de enfermedades del aparato digestivo en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes; acompa\u00f1ando el crecimiento y desarrollo de nuestros pacientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abarcamos una amplia variedad de enfermedades digestivas, incluyendo patolog\u00edas del es\u00f3fago, est\u00f3mago, p\u00e1ncreas, intestino delgado y colon. Cada unidad se dedica a proporcionar un diagn\u00f3stico preciso y un tratamiento adecuado, asegurando que cada paciente reciba la atenci\u00f3n necesaria seg\u00fan su condici\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Adem\u00e1s, ofrecemos seguimiento especializado para trastornos de motilidad gastrointestinal, alergias alimentarias y enfermedades inflamatorias intestinales, promoviendo un manejo y seguimiento continuo de condiciones cr\u00f3nicas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empleamos tecnolog\u00eda avanzada en nuestros procedimientos diagn\u00f3sticos y terap\u00e9uticos, garantizando estudios de calidad, tanto en pacientes adultos como pedi\u00e1tricos. Disponemos del test de aire espirado, que nos permite evaluar el sobrecrecimiento bacteriano en el intestino delgado, as\u00ed como pruebas espec\u00edficas para detectar intolerancias a lactosa y fructosa, lo que nos ayuda a personalizar los tratamientos diet\u00e9ticos seg\u00fan las necesidades de cada paciente. Utilizamos tambi\u00e9n el test de aliento con C13 para la detecci\u00f3n de Helicobacter pylori, un pat\u00f3geno asociado con gastritis y \u00falceras; por lo que es fundamental su diagn\u00f3stico preciso, as\u00ed como el control de su erradicaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, realizamos manometr\u00eda esof\u00e1gica y anorrectal de alta resoluci\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnicas fundamentales para estudiar la motilidad gastrointestinal. Estas pruebas permiten evaluar trastornos de la degluci\u00f3n y la funci\u00f3n del recto y el esf\u00ednter anal, siendo cruciales en el manejo de problemas como la incontinencia y el estre\u00f1imiento. The former is useful for patients with swallowing difficulties and non digestive diseases that affect the esophagus, such as diabetes, progressive sclerosis and cerebrovascular accident while the latter is a therapeutic method to recover the sphincteric function and the coordination of the pelvis floor muscles. Gastroenterology is prepared to make etiological diagnoses based on manometer, electromyography, radiology and eco endoscopic studies. There is also a Children Gastroenterology sector, where chronic diarrhea (with or without growth retardation), constipation, recurring abdominal pain and gastroesophageal reflux, are, among others, frequent reasons for consultation.\r\n13C breath tests are a non-invasive diagnostic method based on the detection of small quantities of 13CO2 in expired air, which is used to detect stomach infection caused by Helicobacter Pylori. Die Gastroenterologie kann Diagnosen aufgrund von manometrischen, elektromiograhischen, radiologischen und echoendoskopischen Untersuchungen vornehmen. Hier werden chronische Diarrh\u00f6 (mit oder ohne Wachstumsverz\u00f6gerung), Darmtr\u00e4gheit, Nabelkolik und\u00a0 gastro\u00f6sophagealer Reflux unter anderen h\u00e4ufig auftretenden Erkrankungen behandelt. Die 13C-Atemtests erlauben den Nachweis von kleinen Mengen 13CO2 in der exhalierten Luft. Die h\u00e4ufigste Anwendung dabei ist der Nachweis der aktuellen Helicobacter-pylori-Infektion.
