El Servicio de Cirug\u00eda Pedi\u00e1trica est\u00e1 conformado por especialistas con vasta experiencia en la resoluci\u00f3n de la patolog\u00eda neonatal, pedi\u00e1trica y del adolescente. Recibe la demanda local as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n los pacientes complejos del interior del pa\u00eds y pacientes del exterior en forma directa o a trav\u00e9s de sus embajadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Todos los integrantes son especialistas certificados por la Asociaci\u00f3n Argentina de Cirug\u00eda Infantil y exclusivamente dedicados a la cirug\u00eda pedi\u00e1trica con intensa labor acad\u00e9mica y asistencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Han realizado su formaci\u00f3n en los mejores centros nacionales en los que contin\u00faan desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Servicio de Cirug\u00eda General Pedi\u00e1trica ha logrado el mayor nivel en la cirug\u00eda M\u00ednimamente-Invasiva Pedi\u00e1trica y Neonatal, Toracosc\u00f3pica y Laparosc\u00f3pia, cirug\u00eda oncol\u00f3gica compleja, malformaciones de pared tor\u00e1xica, malformaciones vasculares y linf\u00e1ticas, malformaciones genitales y de la v\u00eda urinaria, patolog\u00eda ginecol\u00f3gica congenita y adquirida, procedimientos radiol\u00f3gicos percut\u00e1neos, patolog\u00eda de cabeza y cuello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Servicio est\u00e1 en aptitud de realizar el mejor manejo de patolog\u00edas neonatales de Diagn\u00f3stico Prenatal. Contamos con la colaboraci\u00f3n Diagn\u00f3stico por Im\u00e1genes (Ecograf\u00eda Nivel 4 y Resonancia Magn\u00e9tica ultrarr\u00e1pida (Haste)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La atenci\u00f3n de urgencias diurnas o nocturnas se realiza en la Guardia de Pediatr\u00eda del Centro Materno Infantil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La internaci\u00f3n es conjunta del ni\u00f1o y sus padres en el Dto. de Pediatr\u00eda, tanto en las operaciones con internaci\u00f3n diurna (Hospital de D\u00eda), como en las de internaci\u00f3n prolongada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se considera muy importante el compromiso personal con el paciente y su familia, para proveer el mejor nivel de cuidado desde le ingreso hasta el alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei station\u00e4r behandelten Patienten werden vier Bereiche unterschieden: allgemeiner klinischer und chirurgischer Bereich, p\u00e4diatrische Intensiv- und Transplantationsstation, Neonatologie und neonatale Intensivstation. Die IMC-Station (intermediate care<\/em>) nimmt Kinder auf, die aus der IPS (Intensivstation) entlassen sind, aber noch unter Beobachtung stehen sowie Kinder aus der Nursery. Da der Aufenthalt in einer Intensivstation f\u00fcr das Kind aber auch f\u00fcr die Familie traumatisch ist, werden alle Anstrengungen unternommen, um ihn m\u00f6glichst ertr\u00e4glich zu gestalten.
